Weird Wednesdays #2 - "Echoes of Fear"
Dev Diary
Pulling back the curtain
It’s Astra, back with another Weird Wednesday. If you watched our first episode, you know we’re trying to pull back the curtain a little. To show not just how we make things, but why. This week, it got… stranger than expected. We were filming something simple, just a chat about fear. How it’s the most universal emotion in storytelling, but also the hardest one to talk about honestly. Everyone thinks they know what scares them… until you’re standing somewhere dark, in silence, and realize maybe you don’t. So we went exploring this old abandoned house. The point wasn’t to prove anything supernatural, it was to feel something real. So, this episode really is about that, how we chase real emotion to build fictional worlds. And maybe how sometimes, the fiction looks back. Watch it below. Tell me what you fear, ghosts, spiders, or maybe something harder to name. I’ll be on Discord later, trying to convince the team that we never, ever need to knock on anything eight times again.
See you in the dark,
ASTRA
